1. Wake Up Early 

"The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up early."
      Waking up early is one of the wonderful starts to building a new habit to change your life for the better. Make it a habit to wake up early at 6:00 am each day. Try to get up at the same time every day. 
       So that, you need to go to sleep at night early. Make sure to finish your work before 11:00 pm, then you can wake up early easily in the morning with a fresh and free mind. It will be hard to wake up early at first but try to wake up early consistently, so you can always live your whole day.

        You should meditate once a day at least for 15 mins minimum, you can feel the calmness in your mind, body & soul. Everything is difficult when we start the first time but it will give you a better life eventually. So try to do it, and life will make you a better place.
        Morning meditation is very important to keep your mind at peace for the entire day. It will constantly keep your mind calm, it will reduce your stress & it will help you to focus throughout the day. Stay Peace.

 
3. Yoga

        Move your body often. Taking 20 mins per day to do a few yoga poses will help you to connect your body, mind, and breath. Morning yoga will keep your body and mind active, you will be more productive during the day. When you start doing yoga breathing techniques will help you to make your lungs young & more functional, you won't get tired right away.  
       This habit is also the best way to start the day. It will improve your body flexibility, and it will increase blood flow to your muscles to reduce body stress. 
        It is not necessary to do yoga poses in order, just go with the flow that yoga poses you know well. That's more than enough. Just Relax Yourself.

 
4. Drink More Water

        Drinking water, first thing in the morning flushes toxins out of your stomach. Drinking plenty of water on an empty stomach is a simple way to reduce weight and increase energy. Drinking water helps to maintain the balance of body fluids. Our body is composed of about 70% of water, So try to drink at least 3litress of water in a day that will keep your body hydrated.  
        Drink a glass of water every after bathroom breaks because it will help you to prevent headaches and kidney stones. Most importantly, it will improve hair and skin health. So Stay Hydrated.

5. Morning Journal 
“Sometimes, the  only paper will listen to you.”
       Journaling is a simple way to detox your mind from chaos. It's like brainstorming, beginning to write a journal every day in the morning for a few mins will help you to have a clear mind. It’s all about your thoughts, feelings, insights, and ideas to understand them more clearly.
        It's a simple way of improving your mental health. And if you are struggling with stress, depression, or anxiety, writing a journal can be an excellent idea. All you need is a pen and some paper.
       So sit down and write your thoughts, it doesn’t have to be perfect. It's okay, don’t worry about the spelling mistakes write it anyway. Let the words and ideas flow freely like a river, to keep your mind healthy and clear. Happy Writing.
